Manufacturer Warranties: The 10-year (or up to 99-year) warranties are provided by the manufacturers. On The Double! provides the labor for installation; however, long-term warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s approval and typically require proof of annual professional maintenance.
Preventative Maintenance: Our service plans (The Club) are designed to improve efficiency and longevity but do not guarantee against all mechanical failures.
Financing: All financing options (no interest/low interest) are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval and separate contract terms.
Indoor Air Quality: UV filtration and decon services target specific pollutants; however, system performance is dependent on the overall cleanliness of the home and existing ductwork integrity.
