As a Rewards Member, upon request, if your A/C and or Furnace system needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service within 48 hours of a permit being pulled. If for any reason there are delays on equipment, we will guarantee Rewards Members same day comfort while you wait. Guaranteed cool or warm today with high quality portable units!
Guaranteed Service Window
As a Reward Member, we know your time is valuable, so we will guarantee our arrival to service your system within a two-hour window.
Transferable Plan
As a Reward Member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (as long as it is located within our service area) or you may transfer your payment credit to the new homeowner – which is a great incentive for a prospective buyer!

Rewards Terms and Conditions
This Rewards Annual Membership with On the Double Heating & Cooling will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for one-year terms at the end of your current membership year unless you choose to cancel prior to the renewal date or your Rewards Membership is canceled, terminated or discontinued by you or On the Double Heating & Cooling. Your method of payment will continue to be charged based on the current rates in effect at the time of the renewal. Rates and membership details are subject to change. This membership has no monetary value or reimbursement if benefits are not used. You are required to notify On the Double Heating & Cooling immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information.
Your Rewards Annual Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. Eligibility for your Rewards discounts is contingent on your Rewards Membership being in good standing for at least six months. Included in your membership is one Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning each six-month season (one prior to summer and one prior to winter) *. We will attempt to contact you via email, mail, or telephone/text to schedule your included tune-up or you can contact us directly to schedule your appointment. If you fail to take advantage of these benefits during your annual term, these twice Annual Tune-Up benefits are lost for the applicable Annual period and are of no monetary value. Each Precision Tune-up must be performed before the end of each season (before summer and before winter). If you fail to take advantage of these benefits, these Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings become void and have no monetary value and are not a contractual component to this agreement.
*By signing this agreement, you agree to a minimum of 6 months of membership.
